Caesars Palace’s Cookie Shot Robot

When Caesars Palace wanted to introduce a futuristic twist to its culinary offerings, they turned to RoboChef. The team at Caesars connected RoboChef with world-renowned pastry chef Dominique Ansel to discuss automating one of his signature items.

Ansel’s creations are globally recognized—especially the Cronut, the DKA, and the Cookie Shot. After discussions with the culinary team, the Cookie Shot emerged as the perfect choice. The RoboChef engineers then got to work, designing a SmartKiosk capable of preparing and serving these beloved chocolate cookie cups, filled with chilled Madagascan vanilla milk, on-demand.

The 24/7 SmartKiosk quickly became a must-see attraction at Caesars Palace. The mesmerizing robotic process and the iconic Cookie Shot proved to be an irresistible combination for tourists and locals alike. With more than 90,000 Cookie Shots sold and over $750,000 in revenue generated, the installation demonstrated the potential of culinary robotics to deliver both operational efficiency and delightful guest experiences.
